Product Related Shipping And Returns General
Are the measurements mentioned exact for all hijabs?
All measurements for hijabs are approximate. We measure one piece of each design containing hundreds of pieces.
It's not possible to measure all hundreds and thousands of pieces. Hence please allow a margin of 2-3 inches for all measurements mentioned, due to manual error.
Will the colors be exactly as shown in pictures?
Although we try our best to capture colors as close as possible to how they appear in real life, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent match.
The difference between different display screens is minimal but beyond our control.
For a test, you can view the same picture on our website in two different phones - Apple and Samsung and you'll be able to understand the difference
that different LCDs cause.

For urgent orders, please contact us on our Whatsapp number (+923123997086) mentioning your city, order items and the date you need the order by and we'll let you know if an arrangement can be made.
Please note
For Urgent orders, it's necessary for you to pay the total amount including delivery charges in advance, incase of cancellation delivery charges will not be refunded.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will only be given if the item sent is defective or the item sent is different from the one ordered.
For all other issues such as change of mind, etc. refund will not be given and only exchange will be given. Please note, no refund will be given in case there is a difference in price between the exchanged items. Furthermore, the customer will need to send the items at our office address and pay the delivery charges incurred during the exchange of the items. We will inspect the items and then courier the exchanged items.
Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only defective sale items will be eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you have a physical store?
Currently we don't. But we deliver all over Pakistan. You just have to order at our website or social media handles and it'll be on your doorstep.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed through whatsapp (+923123997086) or email (alaya.fashion2@gmail.com).
We email you once the order is processed. No changes can be made after that and the return policy will then apply.
Why is my order cancelled?

You either provided an incorrect phone number or incorrect address. Or you did not pick up the phone. We do not dispatch orders if not confirmed on call.
Please pick up the phone when you get a call from (+923123997086) otherwise your order will be cancelled if not confirmed within seven days. We make a minimum of three call attempts to every customer at different times.

Bank transfer orders do not need any call confirmation. They are dispatched once the payment has been made.

Alaya may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:

  • -Out of stock items
  • -Pricing or technical errors
  • -Suspicious Customers


We will always reach you out through email or call you to inform you about any cancellations.

What is the mode of payment?

We currently have three payment options available:

  • - Bank Transfer (IBFT)
